Once you remove a mailbox, Exchange retains the mailbox in the mailbox database and sets it to disabled mode. The corresponding Active Directory user account is also deleted.
From the admin center of Microsoft 365, sign in. Locate Users > Deleted Users and search for the user. After that, choose the account object. Select the option to restore. In Active Users, add an Exchange subscription for the user after some time has passed. The mailbox is made active in Exchange after a while.
Unfortunately, permanently deleted files can be recovered. However, there is one catch! If you wish to recover permanently deleted files in Windows 10, immediately cease utilizing the device. Data will then be overwritten, and you will never be able to retrieve your papers.
If you’re using Windows 10, open File Explorer and go to the folder where you previously stored your lost files. Select Recover previous versions from the right-click menu of any file you wish to recover.
There may be files and directories that you can’t access in the Recycle Bin.
