To delete your eHarmony account from your phone, you will need to go to the eHarmony app on your phone. Once there, tap on the menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. From there, tap on “Settings” and then “Account Settings.” From this page, simply tap on “Delete Account.
eHarmony does not delete inactive accounts. If you have not used your account for a year, the site will send you an email reminding you to log in or update your profile.
Login to your account on eHarmony.com
Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the page.
Click on “Settings”.
Under “Account Information”, click on “Close Account”.
You will be prompted to create a message explaining why you are closing your account, then click “Send Request”.
To deactivate your account on eHarmony, you should visit the website and click “My Account” in the top right corner. From there, you should click “Profile” and then scroll down to “Cancel Your Subscription.” Clicking this will prompt you to enter your email address and password before confirming that you want to cancel your subscription.
