I think your issue was due to those permissions issues during installation when you were installing any app before that time, so try turning off wifi or mobile data while installing any app.

After this, use “Force stop” and clear cache of Google Play Store in Apps>All on your device then restart the phone. Check that whether it works or not. If still, its the problem with the google play store server which is already working for last couple of days which i never faced such issues before.
I even tried to uninstall all apps(about 40) from phone storage but still cannot get a solution.. What should I do now?
You need to reinstall an older version of the google play store using apk file since you are facing some issues with the update mechanism in newer versions.
Note: I assumed that you have updated the google play store to the latest version which is upto date. However, If you are not facing any issue with setting up a google account then its better to install old version. Even while updating feel free to select “Update via Wi-Fi only” or “Do not automatically check for updates”.
