How To Empty or Archive Your Zoho Inbox
The process of deleting emails is not as simple as it may seem. It is important to know that when you delete an email, it’s not really deleted. Instead, the email is placed in your Deleted Items folder and is still accessible to anyone with access to your account.
To permanently delete emails, go to the folder and select the emails you want to remove. Then click on “Move” from the top menu bar and select “Delete from Server.
If you want to delete emails from a certain date, go to the inbox and find the email you want to delete. Then, click on it and press the more button on the bottom of your screen. A menu will pop up with different options. Click on “Delete” and then select “All” from the drop-down menu.
