If you’ve had your iPhone for a while and never used the App Store, it may have been removed by Apple as part of its iOS update process. Additionally, if you’ve deleted any apps from your iPhone, the App Store may not have been able to find them and may have been removed as a result.
The iTunes and App Store are both located in the Settings app on your iPhone.

To activate your iTunes Store, you will need to sign in with your Apple ID. After you sign in, you will be able to purchase and download music, movies, and TV shows.
To find out what apps are associated with your Apple ID, go to the App Store on your device and sign in. Under “My Apps,” you’ll see a list of all the apps on your device that are associated with your Apple ID.
The first thing you’ll want to do is open iTunes on your computer. From there, connect your iPad to your computer using the USB cable. Next, open iTunes and click the “iPad” tab. There is not an iTunes app for iPad.
If you’re using an Apple ID that’s not associated with your device, your App Store may be asking for that account to be linked. To do this, sign in to your Apple Account and click on the “Your Apps & Games” tab. Under “App Store Connected Accounts,” select the account you want to link and click on the “Link” button.
