A deleted photo from Google Photos can be recovered if the data was not removed permanently. The photos are still on the device, but they are hidden from the user. Changing “Yes” to “A deleted photo from Google Photos can be recovered.” Changing “recovered” to “recovery”. In this sentence, the future tense is used for clarity while using present for these two sentences:

If you have enabled backup and sync, photos and videos that you delete will remain in your library for 60 days before they are permanently deleted. Learn how to enable backup and sync. Tip: To move all your photos to a different account, share your photo library with the other account.

All of the app permissions are required by the Android OS and not by the ‘Photo Restore’ app itself. However, those developers can decide how to use these permissions when building an application that uses them (unless they’re part of core android). If there’s permission that you don’t think the app should be using, please let us know by emailing us.
