How To Cancel Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription With No Cancellation Fee or Termination Fee
Yes, you will keep them—with some limitations. If you either cancel the billing of your Creative Cloud subscription or downgrade to a plan with fewer services (for example, from an individual plan to a free trial), then even though the apps will continue to work, you won’t be able to renew their premium features for a reduced fee after your cancellation date. However, all files previously created in those apps while they were still part of your CC/CC for teams subscription will be retained by your Team account and can be opened by any users on that team until such time as they deleted.
Adobe will refund you if you paid for an annual (paid monthly) plan and 14 days have not passed. You are, however, subject to Adobe’s cancellation fee if two weeks have passed.
Simply stop your membership to cancel it. Unless you cancel, your subscription will continue until the next billing date: nTo turn off auto renewal for your Adobe Creative Cloud membership, go to My Account and deactivate it.
You may cancel your membership at any time via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support. You will not be charged if you quit during the trial period. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up for a paid membership, you will receive a full refund.
You will need to visit https://account.adobe.com/plans (or use the menus to go to your account, then plans) and cancel your plan there. On the plan you wish to cancel, click the “manage plan” button and then confirm that you want to cancel your service (you may have more than one plan).
If you still cannot pay your bill, Adobe may deactivate your Creative Cloud account and suspend the paid features of your account. You can also contact Adobe Customer Care for more information about purchasing products on the Adobe Store.
