How do I change my Sbcglobal net email address?

First, sign into your Gmail account at gmail.com. Then, click on the Accounts and Import tab and select Add an email account you own from the list of mail providers to import email between that provider and Gmail (see screenshot below). Click next step to enter your SBCGlobal Net Mail address ([email protected])

To delete your old Gmail account, you need to go to AT & T’s official website and go directly to the password recovery page. You should then search for a checkbox named “Password” and enter your registered email address in the box with the same name, as well as your whole name. Finally, you need to choose the option for recovering an account “I’ll answer my security question”, which will take you to a different page that will show if or not this is really your account (do not skip this step!).

AT&T sold the management of their email addresses to Yahoo a number of years ago. All att.net/sbcglobal.net/pacbell.net addresses are now owned/managed by Yahoo. When your account is canceled, all of your email will be erased as well, since it will have been transferred over to Yahoo’s servers.
