On the iPhone go to settings -> mail, contacts, calendars -> attachments and choose either “open” or “save as”. If you select save as then navigate back out of Mail app and into that folder so that you can see the file name so that you know where it is located. After saving an attachment onto your phone’s hard drive you can email it from there by choosing the attachment, then selecting “mail” from the top right menu.
Go into Settings>General and scroll down until you see ‘Reset’. Tap Reset All Settings and enter your passcode (if applicable) and confirm. This will delete everything on your phone including emails, contacts, photos & music etc but will not affect anything on your computer or backup file unless you’ve already synced from iTunes.

FaceTime is Apple’s video calling app and was originally only available over Wi-Fi connection but Apple have now made it available through 3G, 4G & cellular connections although this can depend on your network and your provider. Be warned that it is completely separate from the FaceTime chat you may be familiar with on your computer: that one is used over a Wi-Fi connection whereas the new version of FaceTime lets you call any iPhone, iPad or another Mac which has FaceTime installed.
Locate your contact and press on the relevant name/email address/phone number associated with it. You will be taken to either their information page or you may be taken directly to an email message depending on how they have stored details.
