How to Delete Facebook Account Permanently On Mobile (Android or iPhone)
If you don’t have Facebook, then it’s time to re-evaluate your life. Facebook is a social media platform where people share with each other their daily lives and thoughts (with pictures). It allows for communication between friends who are unable to meet up in person or family members that live far away from one another. Facebook also offers opportunities for business owners & bloggers alike to connect with clients/followers more directly and promote themselves through Facebook Likes and Shares.
However, what if you’re not old enough? What do you need in order to set up an account anyways? The answer: parental consent! Your parents will be approving of this because it means they’ll know exactly what you’re doing while you’re on Facebook. And if you want to keep their room tidy, it’s best not to have your personal information scattered all over the place!
A Facebook account that is private will only show up for friends who are approved by Facebook as “friends”. This means nosy teachers or annoying classmates can’t find out what you’ve been doing while they were in class. If you don’t like people looking at Facebook and concluding things about your life without even knowing how wrong they are, this option might be ideal for you!
The app is available on iPhone/Android devices but there’s also a website version of Facebook where users logged into using the anas email address rather than logging in through the app itself. Technology has changed so much that now more people are signing into Facebook with their email addresses, but not everyone likes that.
A Facebook account on the app is a really great way to keep your Facebook private so you can access it anywhere and at any time without anyone else knowing what’s going on in your life!
To delete your account, go to the main profile and touch the bottom right of Facebook. Then, from Settings & Privacy, choose Personal and Account Information, then Personal Information. Choose Account Ownership and Control from the drop-down menu. Select Deactivation or Deletion after that. Delete your account by tapping Continue to Account Deletion at the top of the screen.
After you cancel your account, Facebook will keep it live for 30 days in the event that you change your mind. However, all that should remain of your account 90 days after the deletion is when Facebook archives activity logs for its own use. (Check back in a few minutes to see if anything changed.)
Search for your Facebook password on https://www.facebook.com/login/identify to try to retrieve it. To look for your account, go to https://www.facebook.com/login/identify. Use Facebook’s Trusted Friends option to identify them. Report the old account as a fraud. Option four (at least, no easy one) is not available
If you’re using Android or iOS, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Personal Information > Manage Account then follow the instructions. On iOS or Android, deactivate your account by going to Settings & Privacy > Deactivate Account.
