How do I delete my tagged account permanently?

1. Log in to your profile with your username and password.
2. Click on the Settings tab on the right-hand side of the screen; then scroll down a few items until you get to Settings.
3. A message will tell you that once you click ‘Agree’ below, all contents will be deleted from this site and cannot be restored.
4. Please let us know if want to delete your account or restore it for 6 months so we can accommodate as needed.

You can only delete your tagged account permanently if you submitted the form. Your tag will be Permanently Deleted after 2-7 days, so don´t worry we will not unfollow anyone. You also need to make sure that you have at least 1000 followers before submitting an order. If you are using a free plan then there is no limit on how many people can be reported or searched for but it cannot be deleted, nor unfollowed unless they are removed from the queue.

Do I have to use my real Facebook profile?

No, you don’t have to use your real Facebook profile as long as it has at least 1000 followers and more than 20 friends. And please keep in mind that all of our data comes from public sources and we do not use any private data such as pictures or email addresses.

Do I have to pay with PayPal? Are other methods of payment accepted?

Yes, currently payments can be made using the Paypal system. We are looking into being able to accept more payment methods in the future. Please keep an eye out!

What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds in case you don´t receive the service you paid for (for example, if it takes longer than expected). If this happens please submit a ticket on our website, wait at least 48 hours before submitting a refund request just to make sure everything is running smoothly, then submit a refund request stating what happened and why you think a refund is justifiable. If your ticket has been open for at least 7 days without our reply then you may request a refund. Our goal is to keep all of the customers happy and satisfied so we will do our best to solve any problems that might occur during the service!

Will you remove more than one tagged account in each order?

You can order up to 30 accounts per every report/search, 3 reports/searches maximum per order. Each report contains 300 results (you can add up to 50 tags in each search). Please note that if this will be your first time using our service we are not allowed to delete more than 15 tagged accounts in your first order, and on the second one – 5 tagged users only.

Is there a limit on the number of accounts I can order?

Yes, you are not allowed to place more than one report per hour with the same tagged users. Please keep in mind that by ordering more than 100 reports/searches at once we need to check your IP address and make sure it is safe for us to delete or unfollow these accounts. However, if you just bought our service, for example, $50 worth of searches then you cant buy another 50 searches until the first ones are completed. To avoid this please share your new order into 4 different orders (10 results each) instead of placing them all at once. This way all 4 orders will be run at once and everything will be deleted or unfollowed at once for you.

Do you accept orders from people living in the United States?

Yes, as long as your profile is tagged we do not have any issues with service delivered to addresses based in the US.

What if I can’t find my tagged username on Social Blade or any other site similar to that?

If you can´t find a name of a person that posted a picture/video/text then it means he did not share it publicly and therefore it will be impossible for us to collect this information about him/her. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information regarding this matter!

Can I unfollow accounts using your service?

Yes, we offer two types of unfollow options: “Basic Unfollow” and “Advanced Unfollow”. Basic Unfollow will simply remove any type of following/unfollow request from the queue. And Advanced Unfollow removes both requests! There is no limit on how many users you can have unfollowed at once, but please do note that each report contains 300 results (you can add up to 50 tags in each search) and there is 10 reports maximum per order.

What if I ordered unfollows but they didn’t work?

Unfollower accounts may take a bit longer to run depending on your order since some people use scripts or other measures to protect their accounts during the first couple of days after being followed by someone new. Please make sure to read the Terms of Service to find out when you can request a refund for unfollows.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept payments via PayPal and Bitcoin (addresses are from BitPay). If for some reason your country is not supported, please feel free to contact us so we can help you with this! However, if your country is supported then please make sure to use our service only from an IP address based in that country or region (for example, US/Canada payments will be accepted when made from US/CA addresses only). We do not allow any orders to be placed using VPNs or proxies as they may result in chargeback’s and therefore these orders will be canceled.

When will I get my refund?

We offer a 14 days money-back guarantee for all services that we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us directly using this form and your refund will be processed within the next 48 hours! However please note that if you order “private unfollows” or “private account searches” then the person whose tagged accounts were deleted cannot know that it was done by us. We are not able to give any information about who ordered the private search/unfollow.

Why am I receiving the “Operation timed out” error message when placing an order?

This could be caused by your internet connection (this message is also known as a timeout), please try to reconnect using a different network/IP address. If this still doesn’t work then you may have been blocked from our system for some reason, please contact us here so we can investigate and fix the problem in the shortest time possible!

I placed an order but did not receive my download link, where is it?

The download link will be sent directly to your provided e-mail address once payment has been received (in case you haven´t received it please check your spam folder).
