To manage multiple users on your Chromebook, you’ll need to create a Google account for each user. You can then add each user to your Chromebook by going to the Users section of your settings and clicking the Add person button. Each user will have their own account and settings, and can log in to your Chromebook using their own account.
To remove a user from a Chromebook, you must first sign in as the administrator. Then, open the Users panel and select the user you want to remove. Click the Remove button and then confirm your choice. The user will be removed from the Chromebook.
To view other users on your Chromebook, you can either click on the user icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen or type “chrome://user-list” into your browser’s address bar. This will open a list of all the users who are currently logged into your Chromebook.
To change the manager of your Chromebook, open the Settings menu and select Users. Under the Managed by heading, you’ll see the name of the current manager. To switch to a different manager, click on their name and enter your password if prompted.
If you’re seeing the message “Managed by your organization” when you try to sign in to your Chromebook, it means that your device is managed by a Google Apps administrator.

If you are the administrator of the school, you can go to the Users page and click on the name of the user who you want to manage the school. Then, on the right side of the page, click on Change Manager.
If you are not the administrator of the school, you can ask the administrator to give you permission to manage the school.
