Once we’ve been disconnected from our partner we’re no longer able to download more audiobooks onto the device. I know there are free public libraries that have digital collections available for checkout with OverDrive, however, I’m unsure how this would work for those who aren’t connected with a library.

The iPhone is designed to be able to sync with your email account. If you delete the email account, the iPhone will not be able to sync with it anymore.
To delete an email account from your iPhone, you can go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press “Delete Account”.
To delete an account on your iPhone, you will need to go into the Settings app and then tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars. From there, scroll down and tap on Accounts. You will then be able to select the account that you want to delete and then tap on Delete Account.
If you have an iPhone, you can delete your mail account by clicking the “Edit” button in the top right corner of the Mail app and then clicking “Delete Account.

To delete your Outlook account on your phone, open the Microsoft Outlook app and go to Settings. Tap on the Account icon and select “Remove account”. Select your account and tap “Remove account” to confirm.
To delete an Hotmail account, you must first sign in to your account and then go to the Delete Account page.
To delete your Outlook account, go to the Account Settings page and click the Delete button.
