- Go to the EA Account settings portal.
- Click on Connections.
- Find the account.
- Click the Unlink button next to it. Read the disclaimer and make sure you want to unlink, knowing all the risks above.

For EA Games, click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/? You will need to log in with your username and password first. Once you have logged in, type the name of the game that is giving you problems and choose ‘Next’ at the bottom right corner of your screen. Choose any platform that you are trying to play on from the drop-down menu, then choose ‘Next’ again so we can find a solution to your issue.
Anytime you log in to Origin, click on the “Account and Privacy” button under the “Origin” option on the menu bar. You can then see which accounts are connected or linked with your EA account from here. There is no longer a difference between an EA account and an Origin account.
Log in to the Origin client and click Settings. Under Accounts & Privacy, confirm which accounts are in connection with your EA Account
Scroll down to the bottom of the web page. Go to the PrimeVideo Account & Settings page. Look for the Your Membership section on your account’s Your Account tab. Select End Membership and confirm your decision.
