The FASTag is a prepaid instrument that allows you to pay for goods and services with your EFT-enabled card. Because it doesn’t have the required balance, it’s automatically blacklisted. Simply recharge it with more money than necessary so that it passes the minimum threshold amount. When the balance reaches above the minimum level, Fastag will be removed from the blacklist automatically.

How to solve FASTag Black List Issues
In order to claim your refund, submit the scanned FASTag back with all required documents in the form of attachments. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please contact us on our toll-free number: 1800-120-4210 and mention your mobile phone number against which the tag has been registered together with the Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) or Tag ID. Our Customer Support representative will reach out to you to verify FASTag closure.
If your Fastag is blacklisted because it completed KYC at the bank account, you must resubmit your Fastag’s KYC to have it removed from the blacklist.
