How to Reset Your ATu0026T Email Account Password
The email account may have been disabled or deleted. If you know your password, you can log in and see if the email account is still active.
The most likely reason for this is that your email address has been changed. If you have not changed it, then you may have a virus on your computer.
If you lost your email password, or it got changed without your knowledge, then the only way to recover it is by contacting customer service.
To retrieve your AT&T email password, you can go to the AT&T website and use the “Forgot Password” link. You will be asked for your email address and then prompted to enter a new password.
AT&T email was discontinued on December 16, 2017. They are transitioning to a new service called AT&T SMTP.
