If you’ve forgotten your Gmail password, you can reset it using your recovery email address or phone number. If you no longer have access to either of these, you may be able to recover your account using the Google Account Recovery tool.
To access your old Gmail account, you will need to first create a new Google account. Once you have created the new account, you can then log in to your old Gmail account by clicking on the “Sign In” button and selecting “Use Another Account”.
If you can’t verify your Google account, you can try recovering your Gmail account using an alternate email address or phone number. If you have access to your alternate email address, you can try recovering your account by clicking the “Forgot password?” link on the login page and following the instructions. If you don’t have access to your alternate email address, you can try recovering your account by calling Google at 1-855-436-7847 and following the instructions.

To search Gmail for old emails by date, you can use the Advanced Search feature. In the Date Range section, select the desired dates and then click the Search button.
There is no guaranteed way to recover deleted Gmail emails after 2 years. However, there are some methods that may be successful. First, check your Gmail Trash folder.
