- Go to My Settings.
- Enter Password.
- Click ‘Edit‘ in the account information section. -You will then find a space to change your email address.
You can change your email address on Swagbucks by signing into your account and going to Account Settings. From there, you will see an option that says “Email Address” with a drop-down box to select the new email address you want to use.

If you have recently used our Search feature but did not get credit for it, we encourage you to go through these steps to ensure you receive your SB. The process is simple but may not be easily discovered by new users. Please remember that Search is not case sensitive, and will work with partial words (i.e., “blue”.)
1.) Make sure you are signed in to your account through the search bar at the top of any page on Swagbucks.com. This ensures that we see your username in our system when a search is made.
2.) Type in or copy/paste all text of what you’re looking for into the search box at the top of any page on Swagbucks.com and click enter/search button or press enter on keyboard.
3.) If it comes up as “no results found” you won’t get SB for this search, but continue to click the “Get Rewards” button and then scroll down to the bottom of that page until you see a box marked, “Search Again”. Click on the drop-down arrow and another option should appear with your username as it was searched. Then click on your username.
4.) This will take you back to the previous screen where “no results found” was displayed. It should now show that we have found items matching that search term and if there are multiple pages of results it will display that as well. You can now log in through Swagbucks or Facebook (if enabled) and claim your Search winnings!
If you do not want us to automatically redeem your SB for Gift Cards, please follow the below instructions:
Log into your account at http://www.swagbucks.com/login If you have multiple accounts with Swagbucks, please make sure that you are using the account on which you want to disable automatic redemptions. You will then be able to edit your settings and ensure that automatic redemptions are turned off. If this is done incorrectly, we cannot help undo any un-redeemed rewards in your account if they were automatically sent because of this change.
To turn off automatic gift card redemptions, go to “My Account” on Swagbucks. Under “Account Settings”, scroll down until you see a section called “Gift Cards”, and then select “Do Not Redeem For Gift Cards” from the drop-down menu.
Once you confirm that it is unchecked, you will receive no further SB for gift cards or promo codes until you manually redeem them.

The easiest way to do this is to make sure a Blue Box with a circle around it and a checkmark inside appears on your screen when you move the cursor over any text box. If there’s no box, click ALT+PrtScn after clicking the post button. Then, go to MS Paint program by typing into Search bar -> MSPaint Enter. (or from start menu type in ms paint) From here paste the image by going File->Paste or press CTRL + V. Save as .jpg file and then attach that file to your email.

To update your personal information, you’ll need to go to the “My Settings” page. Under the ” Account Details” section, you will be able to change your email address and password. You can also update your physical address within this section.
If you want to stop receiving newsletters from us, just click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email and you will be removed from our mailing list.
To change your account settings please click on the “My Account” section and type in your password. From here you can edit information about your account by clicking on each respective heading at the top of the page, and then entering text to type into a field.
To cancel your account, simply visit the My Settings page and enter your password. You will then be presented with a page of Account details. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Cancel My Account link at the bottom of this screen.
If you cannot remember your password, please enter the email address that is associated with your account. This will allow us to generate a new temporary password for you and send it to the email address on file.
