- When you delete it from any location, it’s completely gone from Gmail.
- Therefore, if you delete an email from “Trash” folder or it was done automatically by the software after the storage time has expired, it’s impossible to find it.

Open Gmail on mail.google.com. Select the drop-down arrow that appears at the top of the screen and select Mail from your list of options. Subject, keywords, date range, and To: & From: are all query fields you may use. All deleted emails will be displayed if you click on the blue search button at the bottom left of the search box.

Tap the “Trash” folder of your mail account. If you didn’t archive your emails, all discarded mails should be here. Retrieve the deleted email. To restore a mailbox, tap it and then select the second icon to the left on the Move screen.
