When did Netflix stop working on Xbox 360?
Netflix membership services for Xbox 360 expired in January 2017. Members who were still using the service at that time received a courtesy message with information about how to move their account to another device or another Microsoft viewing app (such as Project Scorpio).
If I still have an active Netflix membership, can I use it on my Xbox 360?

What will happen to my Netflix profile now that I am no longer a member?
Your account information and preferences were stored in the cloud and are still present on your Xbox 360. However, you will no longer be able to stream content from Netflix as a member of our service because membership services for that device have ended.

If I am not using the Netflix app on my Xbox 360 anymore, how do I delete it?
To remove an application from your Xbox 360 console:
Press the Guide button on the controller. Select Settings . Under My Xbox , select Storage . Highlight any content that you would like to delete, and press the Y button on your controller. Select Uninstall . To confirm, select Yes .
IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting an application from your Xbox 360 console does not delete or uninstall it from the Xbox Marketplace. It only removes the copy of that application saved to your console’s storage. You will need to search for the title again in the marketplace to redownload it if desired. What happens if I cancel my Netflix membership?
The content is yours as long as you continue your membership with us and will remain on the device you’ve chosen to stream to. If your membership is canceled, you will still be able to watch any content available on Netflix that’s been saved and stored on the device you’re streaming from for a limited time.

No. Upon cancellation, if there are titles redeemed using free movie codes and/or 1000 My List points left in your account, they will automatically expire within 48 hours of canceling your subscription. If you already have an active Netflix membership account, simply follow these steps: Go to your My Account page, select Manage Profiles and create a new profile for each member of your household who will be using a different device from the one they’re currently using. If there’s a title that your child has previously watched on their profile but not yours, it will automatically become available to watch instantly under your new profile – this gives every family member their own personal queue of titles to enjoy.

I’m having issues playing back my movie on my computer! What should I do?
Visit help .netflix.com for assistance using Microsoft Windows Media Player 9 Series codecs or Quicktime 6 Pro codecs for Windows XP. These codecs are required to playback video content on your computer.
What about viewing Netflix in HD through my Blu-ray Disc player?
