How to Export OneNote Notebook
There are a few ways to export your OneNote files.
Export your notebook as a PDF:
To export your notebook as a PDF, first open the “File” menu and select “Export As.” In the resulting dialog box, select “PDF (Portable Document Format).” After clicking OK, your notebook will be exported as a PDF file. You can then save this file to any location you want.
If you have a copy of OneNote 2020 or later, you can export your notebook as a PDF or Word document. If you don’t have a copy of OneNote 2020 or later, you can purchase a copy from the Microsoft Store or from an online retailer.
