How can I close my existing user account temporarily?

If you’re only going on vacation (for example), you can switch off your Fiesta user account by providing a password you’ll remember when you come back. This means no one will be able to access or use it until the day that you provide this password again. Your temporary deactivated Fiesta profile will not be shared with others, nor will it be stored long-term in our data servers. It is important that only the person who wants to close their Fiesta profile provides this password; otherwise, your account cannot be deactivated.

Before you close your Fiesta profile, it is highly recommended that you change the password of your other online accounts as well.

To temporarily close your Fiesta user account, sign in to your account and go to Settings. Then click on ‘Close’ at the bottom of the page or select Close Profile from the drop-down menu under Security. You will then get a pop-up window where you can set a temporary password with 5 letters and choose whether anyone (other than yourself) can view this profile while it is closed: Tick this box if you want to lock others out completely; otherwise they will be able to continue using your profile for themselves! Please note that all data in our system will stop updating and will remain visible for your friends when you close your Fiesta profile. We’ll also remove any payments you made via PayPal or credit card if you closed the profile permanently. Outside of this, all data in our system will be stored long-term until you’re ready to log in again

How can I delete a user account associated with my business?

You can easily delete an existing Fiesta account by logging in through Facebook; click on the arrow next to your name at the top right corner after signing in to Facebook. Then select ‘Close Account’ from the drop-down menu under Security. Please note that it is not possible to delete a business profile tied to an individual first before closing it down completely. So please make sure that you have already closed your Fiesta account before deleting it.

To delete a business profile directly, please login through Facebook but select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu under My Account at the top right corner of any page. Click on your name on the left side of this page to go to Profile Settings and then click on Security at the bottom right corner, where you can also find instructions for closing your user account.

Please keep in mind that deleting user accounts may take up to 14 days (or longer) due to our security measures so that we are sure all action has stopped once an account is deleted completely! This means that even if you’ve already changed the password or deleted a profile associated with Facebook, it may still take time before your Fiesta profile is deleted.

Problem: I am unable to log in using my newly registered account on fiestalearn.com even though I can use this information elsewhere on the website without issues!
