- Click the account menu at the top right of any Facebook page.

Open the phone’s settings menu. Follow these steps to access your account. Select “Accounts” from the drop-down menu (it may also be labeled “Users and Accounts”). Try to recover your Facebook password. Go to https://www.facebook.com/login/identify to search for your account. Use Facebook’s Trusted Friends feature. Report your old account as fake. There is no option four (at least no easy one)
On the left side of the screen, you’ll see tabs. Select “Data & personalization” from the drop-down menu. After that, click “Delete a service or your account,” which will bring up a confirmation box asking you to log in again before proceeding. Delete your own store. Log in to your email address. Click “Manage third-party access” Remove anything you don’t want. Search your emails for subject lines associated with account creation. Make a list of these sites and delete or reach out to remove the unwanted accounts.
