T-Mobile wants to keep you as a customer. If you decide to cancel, you’ll have to go to a store or call T-Mobile’s customer service at 1-877-453-1304 and talk with someone. Before making any changes to your account, they’ll need to verify who you are, which generally cannot be done over the internet.

If you want to get rid of your T-Mobile account, you’ll need to transfer it to someone else. You may do so over the phone with TMobile. You’ll sensually hand over that account and then build your own plan using only you.
Log into My T-Mobile. To use the suspend option, go to your device’s name in the My Line area. Choose either Report lost or stolen or Suspend a line temporarily depending on the sort of suspension you need. Continue at Step 7. Select a beginning date and an end date before clicking Continue.
