  1. Tap Menu.
  2. next to “Google Play“.
  3. Tap “Account” and then “Subscriptions” Find the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel. Once your current subscription expires, visit www.headspace.com/my/settings/change-subscription.
  5. Select your new subscription.

If you’re a monthly subscriber, just go to headspace.com or the App Store and tap “manage subscription” in your account settings. Anything purchased after March 22nd 2014 will auto-renew until cancelled. I’m having trouble with my iTunes purchase but would like to continue my subscription — what do I do?

If you run into any issues at all renewing your subscription via iTunes, please contact Apple support directly by going to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/manage/. Once there, click on the “headspace: Meditation & Mindfulness” link and follow their instructions to continue your subscription.

If you’re unable or unwilling to set up a payment from your iTunes account, then you can simply cancel your subscription through iTunes. Headspace will send you an email notifying you that your subscription is about to expire, and if we don’t hear back from you before it does so, we’ll cancel and refund any pending charges. If this happens, just be sure to sign up again when the time comes!

Why am I being charged twice?

If you’re seeing two charges from MindBody Inc., one labeled as “MOBILE CREDIT CARD” and another labeled simply as “MBI,” then it’s likely that your bank or credit card company is erroneously trying to process the same transaction twice. They sometimes do this because they’re confused by multiple instances of the same name on your card if you have more than one account attempting to make payment – even though only one of those accounts actually does so successfully.

If you’re seeing this double billing, contact your bank or credit card company and have them remove the duplicate charge(s) for MBI. This will leave only one pending, and then that transaction should go through successfully.

If you are seeing a charge on your bank statement that is not the usual $12 monthly fee, that’s because certain banks wish to process transactions and payments continuously. If this is happening to you, it will likely be an additional $0.11 or so for every transaction. This amount gets billed in addition to your regular billing amount listed above ($12 for United States subscribers).
