To change your child account to a regular account, you need to go to the PS4’s “Settings” and select “Parental Controls.” From there, select “Manage Family Members,” and then select the child account. Select “Make Account Regular,” and then confirm that you want to make the account a regular one.
To change parental controls on PS4 online, go to the “Settings” menu and select “Parental Controls.” From there, you can choose to restrict access to certain games or content.
To remove family management from your PS4, you can go to Settings -> Users -> Select User -> Delete. This will delete the account and remove the restrictions on the console.
If you have a PS4 Pro, you can reset your parental control password by going to Settings → Restore Default Settings.
If you have a regular PS4, you can call Sony’s customer service and they will be able to reset it for you.
If you’re using a computer, open the parental controls settings and disable them. If you’re on a mobile device, go to the app store and search for “parental controls.”
