How do I deactivate my magicJack device?

If you want to deactivate your magicJack account, there are a few ways to go about it.
The first option is to go to the magicJack website and sign in. You’ll then need to click on the “Account” tab and select “Deactivate My Account.”
You’ll be asked to enter your user name and password, and then you can choose whether you’d like your account deleted or disabled.
Once you’ve completed the process, your magicJack account will be deactivated.
If you don’t have access to the magicJack website, the second option is to call customer service. You can reach them by dialing (855) 919-0515 from anywhere in the United States or Canada, or (802) 822-0007 from anywhere else in the world.

To change your magicJack device, you will need to first disconnect it from the internet and then plug it into a different USB port. Unfortunately, you cannot have two magic jacks with the same number. The number on each magic jack is unique and cannot be duplicated.

If you need to use magicJack without a phone, there are a few things you can do. You can buy a USB dongle that attaches to your computer, or you can use a mobile app. The USB dongle is the easiest option, but it requires installation on your computer. The mobile app is easier to use, but it only works with certain devices.
