On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account. Select the email account you want to delete and tap Delete Account.
To delete a synced Google account, you can go to the Google Accounts page and click on the three dots in the top right corner. From there, select “Delete Account.” After you do this, you will be prompted to enter your password and confirm if you want to delete the account.

If you want to stop syncing between two Google accounts, you can do so by disabling the account. To disable an account, go to the Settings page and select the “Accounts” tab.
