How do I delete a transaction from my bank account?

Answer

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Select the relevant bank account.
  3. Locate the transaction : you may want to use filters and change the period if necessary.
  4. Click the checkbox to the left of the transaction: action icons will then be displayed.
  5. Click on the bin icon to delete your selection.

Please login to access your transaction history.

Click the ‘View Details’ button for any Cash, Bitcoin or Ethereum transaction that you want to delete. (Be sure to note which account it was sent from.) On this view, you can also click on the red trashcan icon next to any transaction field if you want to delete a specific entry in a multi-entry record. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email at the time of the transaction and wish to cancel it, please contact [email protected] with your order number and transaction ID(s). Once our support team confirms the cancellation and is able to verify it via the Blockchain, we will nullify the record for all parties involved. Please note that since Bitcoin and Ethereum transactions are irreversible we cannot cancel or refund them, nor can we return the purchased cryptocurrency. How do I create an invoice for Bitcoin?

Please login to access your payment gateway. Select ‘Invoice’ from the top bar menu, enter the amount you want to invoice your customer with and click on ‘Create Invoice’. On this view, type in the email address for the person who will be paying you (your client). To send an email notification as well, check the box next to ‘Send Email’. Once confirmed by clicking on ‘Create Invoice’, Coinapult will email the person you are invoiceing. Cheers!

Where can I see my invoices?

Please login to access your payment gateway. From here, select ‘Invoices’ from the top bar menu. You will be presented with your list of invoices. Each invoice is denominated by an amount in Bitcoin and contains essential details like payment address, customer name and notes, as well as totals for fees associated with all outgoing transactions (network fee + Coinapult’s miner fee) so you’re able to keep track of how much money you’ve received and how much of that was Coinapult’s cut for sending out payments on your behalf. If you’d like to make changes to any of your existing invoices, you may edit them here.


Where is my invoice history?

Please login to access your payment gateway. Select ‘History’ from the top bar menu and click on any of your past invoices to see it in its full glory. Here you can also delete old or unused invoices by clicking on the red trashcan icon next to each one’s name. What is your exchange rate?

Our exchange rate is always up to date and can be seen on the ‘Send’ screen when you are creating an invoice. This existing Bitcoin-to-Bitcoin conversion rate will apply to any new order that comes in through our website, so pay special attention while filling these out as we only allow one sales order per invoice. Your merchant dashboard also provides information regarding all of your open invoices for reference. Which email address should I use to deposit a payment into my Coinapult account?

Please login to access your payment gateway. Click on the ‘More’ tab at the top of you screen, then select ‘Coinapult Balance’ and click on ‘Deposit’. You will be presented with a drop-down menu where you can choose which invoice to send your deposited funds to by default. If this is not what you want, simply change it in the box provided or leave it blank if none of your current invoices are applicable. To quickly make a new invoice for your newly received payment, check the box next to ‘Create New Invoice’, type in an amount (in BTC) and click submit! The newly created invoice will appear below along with all other pending payments in your Coinapult wallet.
