To delete an address from the UPS My Choice® program, log in to your account at ups.com/mychoice. Select “Addresses” under “My Personal Information,” then select the edit icon on the right-hand side of the appropriate entry. Under “Select Action,” click on Delete Address and follow the prompts to confirm the deletion. You may also call 888-266-6811 for support with this process. UPS no longer uses confirmation numbers or PINs for deleting addresses through this process; however, you will continue to receive notifications about packages sent to any deleted addresses until you update outbound shipping information with FedEx Ground® and USPS® customers using standard ground rates within five business days of deleting the address. To update your outbound shipping information, go to ups.com/mychoice and log in to the UPS My Choice® program. Select “Change” and follow the prompts to update your shipping information for shipments sent through FedEx Ground®, USPS® customers using standard ground rates, or both. I had enrolled in UPS My Choice but I’m no longer receiving notifications about packages; why?

To register for UPS My Choice, please follow the instructions on our Help page linked here: How do I enroll in UPS My Choice®? If you are already enrolled but have changed your email address or phone number within a 12 month period and have not informed us through ups.com/mychoice, we will stop sending notifications to your new email address or phone number. You can alternately add those changes by logging into Ups.com -> Clicking “My UPS” from the navigation bar -> Selecting “Change” below “Contact Information”.

Tip: Review your account frequently to ensure that all of your contact information is correct as it may impact how packages are delivered and notifications sent. if at any time you would like to de-enroll, follow these instructions: Log in at ups.com/mychoice -> Click “My UPS” link on the navigation bar -> Underneath the UPS My Choice section, click on “Deregister” and follow through with the prompts

I want to update my password; how do I do that?

To change your current UPS My Choice password, please follow these simple steps: Log in at ups.com/mychoice tab Select “Change” below Contact Information Update your new password Save changes by clicking on the “Save” link in the upper right-hand corner

Note: If you are unable to log out of your account, you will need to change your username and then de-select the box next to your username under the profile section. This will remove any existing links that may have been associated with prior usernames you have had.

I never received a notification from UPS regarding my package, can you help me find it?

We’re sorry that we were unable to notify you that a shipment was delivered. We confirm delivery to the address you provide when you ship with us; if the item is undeliverable for any reason, your UPS driver will leave a door tag indicating what happened and where they attempted to deliver. If this happens, please contact UPS My Choice Customer Care at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) for assistance as soon as possible. Door tags are only left when there is no one present during normal business hours and may have been inadvertently thrown away by residents after they found them on their doorstep. In addition, validated, scanned records will be available within 2 business days of delivery for most shipments.

Note: If the tracking number is not found in UPS My Choice after 10 days, we may have been unable to obtain it from the shipper and are unable to further assist with locating your shipment.
