How to delete a user in Fedora
Only users with administrator rights can delete accounts in Fedora. Ensure that you are logged in as the administrative user or root before continuing. Log in to GNOME Terminal (Applications > System Tools > Terminal). 2 Type su at the command prompt and enter your password if prompted. 3 Back up any data or files you want to keep associated with the account, because they will be deleted when the account is removed. 4 Type deluser {username} where {username} is the username of the account to delete (for example, delusion Georgia). 5 At the warning prompt that appears, type y and press Enter. 6 Sign out of GNOME and back in again to confirm that your changes have been implemented correctly. 7 To remove an account from the command line, type deluser {username} -r.
I can’t log out or switch users! What’s wrong?

Once your user account is created, you can log into it by issuing the passwd command and assigning a password. You can then securely set options for how often your password will expire.
