- Go to Amazon.com, then go to the Help section at the bottom of the page.
- Scroll down to Browse Help Topics and click on Need More Help then tap on Contact Us.
- Click on Prime or Something else.
- Scroll down to Tell us more and choose Login and security and Close my account.

How to Permanently Delete Your Amazon Account
Go to your Account Settings, click Account, then select Delete My Data. Select Yes, I want to permanently close my Amazon account and delete my data in the drop-down menu. Then click Close My Account.
Log in to the account you want to cancel. Examine all of your account’s services and products. If you still wish to go ahead, pick a reason from the drop-down menu, check the box next to Yes, I want to permanently close my Amazon account and delete my data, and then Finish My Account.
Once your account is canceled, it is no longer usable by you or anyone else, and it can’t be reopened. If you decide later that you want to order from us again or utilize website features that require an account, you’ll have to establish a new one.
In Manage Your Household, you may remove an adult from your Amazon Family. To remove a member of your Amazon Family: Go to Manage Your Household and choose Remove beneath the name of the individual you wish to get rid of.
On your mobile device, open the Alexa app. Go to More Settings and select Your Profile. Delete Voice Profile must be selected next to your profile.
Open the Amazon app on your phone or tablet and tap on the Account icon (the second icon on the bottom row.) Then go to “Account Settings” > “Your Addresses,” select the address you want to remove, then tap “Remove.” Your address will be removed immediately after you do this.
