How do I delete an email account from Outlook 365?

If you want to delete your email account from Office 365, there are a few different ways to go about it. You can use the web interface, the phone app, or the chat interface.
First, you’ll need to sign in to Office 365. Once you’re signed in, click on “Mail & Contacts” in the left navigation bar.
Next, select the email address you want to delete from your account. On the “Deleted Items” tab, underneath “Account Info,” you’ll see a button that says “Delete Account.”
Click on this button and confirm that you want to delete your account by clicking on the blue “Delete Account” button. After confirming your deletion, your email address will be removed from all of your Office 365 accounts and emails will be permanently deleted.

To delete an email address from your Outlook account, follow these steps:
In Outlook, open the email you want to delete.
On the toolbar, click the File menu and choose Delete.
In the Delete Email dialog box, select the email address you want to delete and click OK.
