- Connect your iPhone to the computer Download and install iOS Unlock on your computer.
- Launch it and choose “Unlock” from the primary interface.
- From the new pop up screen, you should tap the last one “Unlock Apple ID” to start to delete Apple ID without a password.

If you don’t see App Store or iTunes Purchases under Password Settings, you’ve enabled Face ID or Touch ID for App Store and iTunes Purchases. To do so, return to Settings, select “Face ID & Passcode” or “Touch ID & Passcode,” then turn off Face ID or Touch ID next to iTunes & App Purchase.
