Deleting Books in iBooks
To permanently delete books from iCloud, you need to delete the books from your device and then log in to your iCloud account and remove them from there.
The easiest way to permanently delete audiobooks from your iPhone is to go into the iTunes Store and find the audiobook you want to delete. Once you’ve found it, right click on it and select “Delete Download”.
