- From a web browser on a computer, sign in to My Verizon.
- Hover your cursor over Account then click Verizon Cloud. click Contacts.
- Select the appropriate contact(s) by clicking the appropriate checkboxes.
- Click the Delete icon.

How to Delete Multiple Contacts in iCloud
If your contacts are stored only on your phone and the slider is white, i.e. you don’t see any of them in iCloud, then this indicates that they’re on your phone alone. This is fantastic until you break your phone. Your contacts will be lost permanently after that. You have no backup option.
Tap Settings Contacts Accounts. Select the account you wish to update or delete contacts from. To add people, turn on Contacts. To remove individuals, turn off Contasks, then Delete from My iPhone by tapping OK.
If the option to “Delete Contact” is grayed out, it usually indicates that the contact is linked and being synchronized from a program such as Facebook or Twitter. Go to “Facebook Settings” (or whatever app has the contact).
On an Android phone, the procedure is similar. Hold down the contacts you want to delete in the Contacts app until you see a check mark next to them, then press the Trash symbol at the top of the screen.
To see all of your contacts, open the Contacts app and choose “Groups.” To view your contacts from your iPhone’s hard drive, check “All on My iPhone” off. You could have cloud accounts linked to your iPhone, such as Gmail or iCloud. In addition, these accounts will appear in your group lists.
Select the Contacts option under Your iCloud Documents. Select the contacts you wish to remove by pressing and holding down the Control key while selecting multiple contacts at once. Then select Delete from the drop-down menu, or click on Edit Settings in the lower left corner.
Even if you’ve deleted the actual contact and haven’t contacted that person in a long time, it’s not uncommon for those numbers to persist in Recent. To avoid this, choose the “I” icon and then Remove from Recents, as you previously did.
