That’s because the Facebook app is preinstalled on your phone as a system app. You won’t be able to uninstall it, but you will be able to disable it. Go to Settings > Applications manager and look for Facebook.
What Happens if You Delete Facebook or Messenger App Data? While deleting the applications does not cause any damage, removing app data on Android will erase the apps’ downloaded media files as well as log you out of them. It’s the same as uninstalling the program.
Bring up the Page Settings menu by clicking the gear symbol in the bottom left of your page. Remove a page by going to General and selecting Remove Page. Select Delete [Page name], then OK.
