How do I delete my Apple cash account?

There is no charge to send, get, or request money using Apple Cash. Setting up Apple Cash has no effect on your credit and will not be affected by any credit freezes.

Go to your account settings. Select your name from the drop-down menu. Choose Payments & Shipping within the Settings app. You may be required to log in using your Apple ID if you don’t have one already. To add a payment method, go to Payment Methods and Add a New One, then follow the on-screen instructions. To modify information for a payment method, tap it, then edit your details.

When your refund is authorized, it’s sent back to your payment card automatically. If you don’t have the receipt or the merchant asks for more information, you can supply the payment card-specific Device Account Number.

The benefits, on the other hand, come at a price: they are withdrawn from your Apple Cash account by default rather than offsetting your credit balance. You can also set it up to send money there. Unlike conventional bank incentive programs, you will receive cash straight away after the payment is charged rather than once a month.

Use Apple Pay with Apple Cash. Apple Pay is used to power Apple Cash, which works similarly to a debit card and allows you to send and receive money in Messages. Simply set up your Apple Cash card in the Wallet app and transfer funds to your team for lunch or reimburse them.
