- Sign in to Google My Business.
- On the location group/business account you’d like to delete
- Click the three dot menu icon , then click Delete.
- Click OK to continue.
- Review the information on your screen.
- Click Delete account to permanently delete your location group/business account and all of its data.

The Google My Business account cannot be deleted; it only removes you as the manager/owner but that information will still appear in search results (see this Google Support Forum Post).
Important: If you no longer want to administer a Business Profile, you may delete it. To remove a business group from an account, you must be the account’s owner. Before you remove a company group from an account, make sure all locations are transferred or that each location’s Business Profiles are removed.
Deleting your Google account will not stop bad reviews from appearing: A company profile remains in search results even after it’s been established. You’re merely losing control of the account by deleting it. The only option you have is to adjust or delete the unfavorable review now that you’ve gotten it.
In fact, you can’t eliminate Google reviews. My Business reviews are in place to allow anybody with a Gmail account to post a review for your company. As a result, if you’re concerned about your business’s reputation, the solution is to simply ask your consumers to leave additional Google evaluations.
It is impossible to recover a deleted Gmail account. All of your emails and account settings will be removed after you go through the process. You won’t be able to use your Gmail address to send or receive emails, and it will no longer be available for others to use in the future.
Simply go to your Google Account’s Data & Privacy menu and click “Delete my account.” Delete your Google Account by going through the steps on this page. You must follow the directions to delete your account.
