- Open the HBO NOW app on your phone or tablet (and sign in if needed).
- Tap on the hamburger menu and go to Settings Billing Information.
- You’ll now click “Cancel subscription,” which will open up a web page.
- The new web page has an auto-renew switch that you’ll need to toggle off and confirm.

You can’t delete your HBO Now account. You can cancel your subscription and sign up for a new one, but you will need to use the same email address and password as before.
HBO Now is a service that allows you to access HBO content without having to subscribe to cable. To sign out of all HBO Now accounts, go to the Settings page and click on your account name. From there, select “Sign Out” under the Manage Accounts tab.
You can cancel your free HBO subscription by going to the HBO website and clicking on “Cancel Membership”.
HBO Max can be unlinked by clicking on the settings icon in the top left corner of the HBO Max app. Then, click “Account” and then “Unlink Account.
You can’t. HBO is not available for download on the Apple app store. You must either contact your cable provider to cancel it or call HBO directly at 1-800-HBONOW (1-800-426-6669) and they will cancel it for you. You cannot purchase HBO through the Apple App Store.
