You can delete your account by following the steps below:

1. You can change your account to be in Guest Mode by going to: https://helo.com/guest and confirming with your password and security code (if you have one).

Note: When you’re finished using the app, please delete it from your apps list. This will ensure that your data is securely deleted from our servers.

2. In Guest Mode, go to “User settings” then click on “Delete my account”.

3. Confirm the deletion of the account by clicking on “I would like to delete my Helo app account.” After this step, there should be a successful message. Then you’ll need to enter a new e-mail address and create a new password for this account.

4. Click on “I’d like to go back”. Then you have successfully deleted your Helo app account!

How do I transfer my Helo account to another number in the same region?

1) Anytime you account is transferred to another country it will come supplied with an entirely new phone number

How much is the per minute call rate?

Helo’s per minute call rates are $0.25 for calls to the USA and Canada, and $1.00 for all other countries.

Does Helo work for overseas calls as well?

Yes. The Helo app for calls works internationally, so you can call US landlines and mobile phones using international data rates. You can create up to 7 profiles on Helo per device, they can be shared with other members of your family. For example, you and your spouse could have your own profile. Each account would only need the one phone number associated with it (no separate numbers). Check out our faq section for more information about sharing accounts.

I cannot remember the password, what should I do?

You can recover your password using the “Forgot Password” function on the sign-in page. Enter the email address you used to create your Helo account, and submit for a reset. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password. If you’ve temporarily signed out of Helo, this option will appear as “Unlock Account.”
