How to Sign Up for Informed Delivery®

Hey, It’s me again. I’m back to tell you about another neat service that can help make your life easier. This time it’s an app called Informed Delivery by the U.S. Postal Service!

This is a great way to get notifications when mail items are being delivered to your address, so you don’t have to wait all day long just for the postman or woman to show up! There are many features of this app that will be useful for everyone from big business owners and home-based entrepreneurs who want peace of mind over deliveries made at their addresses, all the way down to individuals with PO boxes who need assurance they’ll know what was sent without waiting around for hours on end every day.

How It Works

Like other services, you’ll need to first visit the website (in this case www.USPS.com ) and create an account based on your physical address; if you don’t already have an account, here is where you can sign up for one. Once that’s done, go to the app store of your Apple or Android device (depending on which device(s) you own) and download the free app for your mobile platform; again, either iOS or/and Android. After installing it onto your smart device(s), open it up and sign in using your email address and password for USPS. You’ll then be taken to the home screen of the app after linking to your profile. From there, you can see what items are coming to your address that day.

NOTE: The USPS Informed Delivery app is not available on the Windows 10 App store as of this writing (7/21/18). It’s only accessible to iOS and Android users, so if you want notifications of incoming mail at your address you need to use either an iPad or iPhone for now.
