Streamer Stuff – Manage Your Mixer Channel
You may be wondering, “How do I delete my mixer account?” Well, it’s not actually that difficult to delete your account. It just takes a few small steps and some information about you.
First of all, if you’re deleting an entire account with the intent to never use Mixer again then there are a few things you should know before going through this process. For starters, once your account is deleted it cannot be brought back into existence or transferred elsewhere. This means that any progress made on games will also be lost as well as any other personal data stored in the site such as messages from friends and so forth. Also note that when an account is deleted by its owner they can no longer log in to their former profile at all which means that it could also be anonymously vandalized by other users.
Next, if you’re deleting an account then you won’t be able to use any purchased currency on the site until the transactions are canceled which you can do from within your Microsoft Payments merchant portal. Once everything is canceled and funds are refunded you’ll need to make sure any past charges are removed from your payment method(s) too. Also note that when an account’s subscription is cancelled its Mixer Pro membership will automatically expire after 30 days of inactivity even if it wasn’t supposed to. The only way around this would be to sign up for a new paid membership before canceling the old one so that any time left on it doesn’t get lost.
Although Mixer Pro is automatically renewed after 30 days of it expiring people can still cancel their subscription on the renewal date if they wish.
Proceed with caution when deleting your account as once you’re done there’s no stopping or going back which means that you’ll need to be absolutely certain that you want this step to happen. If you think deleting your account will be a mistake then definitely read the rest of this article before doing so.

Keep in mind though that if you do plan on using your Mixer account again at any point in the future then you should not deactivate it because doing so will remove all personal data associated with your profile for good!
