How To Cancel Apple Music Subscription
To delete your old Apple Music profile:
Open the Music app and tap on your profile icon in the top left corner.
Tap on “Sign Out” at the bottom of the screen.
Enter your Apple ID password and tap “Sign In”.
Tap on “Delete Profile” and confirm by tapping “Delete”.
To cancel your old Apple subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad and tap on “iTunes & App Store.” Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen and then tap “View Apple ID.” Scroll down to the “Subscriptions” section and tap on “Manage.” Tap on the subscription you want to cancel and then tap “Cancel Subscription.
If you’ve forgotten your iTunes password, you can reset it using the instructions in this Apple support article. If you no longer have access to the email address or phone number associated with your old iTunes account, you won’t be able to reset your password and will need to create a new account.
If you delete your profile from Apple Music, your library will be removed and you will no longer have access to any of the music you’ve added. If you decide to create a new profile in the future, you will not have access to any of the music you added with your old profile.
You may not be able to edit your Apple Music account because you haven’t verified your account. To verify your account, go to appleid.apple.com and sign in. Then, follow the instructions to verify your account.
