You can request to permanently delete your Pogo account from the Settings page on Facebook.
Click here for a link to Facebook’s instructions on deleting your Pogo account that will require you to log in with your Facebook credentials.
When you request to close your Pogo account, we ask that you agree not to use our games for at least 6 months. If we see that you have created another user ID during this time, we may cancel any prizes or rewards owed to you as part of these Official Rules. If you have not already done so, please make sure to review the Game-Specific Rules for any game you are playing in which prizes or rewards (e.g., tokens) can be won and that those rules contain all of the information still relevant to your participation in that game prior to requesting closure of your Pogo account, as you may wind up forfeiting any prizes or rewards owed to you under these Official Rules if we suspect fraudulent activity on your part.
How do I contact customer service for help with a problem related to my account or me in general?
You can click on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of any page within Pogo, or you can also send an email directly to our Support Team by clicking here. If sending an email directly to our team, please be sure to give us as much information about your issue as possible, including but not limited to: how long you’ve been playing; what game(s) you play; when did the issue occur; etc. Set forth below is also a link that will take you directly to our Game-Specific Rules page for each game you play within Pogo, where you’ll find a link to the game’s “Help” section and other important support information for that specific game.
If my account is banned in one of your games, can I create another user ID to continue playing that game?
Yes, absolutely! Keep in mind, however, that if we see any fraudulent activity on your part after banning your first user ID from a particular game (e.g., creating another user ID to circumvent the ban), then we will cancel any prizes or rewards owed to you as part of these Official Rules. If this happens, please don’t send us an email about it; instead, just keep tabs on this article there on our website where we’ll announce if this is needed (we’ll try to contact you first via email before making any public announcements). Also, please don’t create a “burn” user ID just for the purpose of leaving negative feedback about us or the game; if you have an issue that you need to raise regarding that game, do so within our online support system.
