Regardless of what method you use to delete your Triller account, all that these methods will do is uninstall the app. The accounts themselves remain intact and can only be fully erased by contacting customer service.
Click on the user icon in the top right corner of your screen to open your profile page. Scroll down and click ‘Delete Account’ at the bottom. A pop up box will appear with a confirmation prompt. Click Delete You’ll receive an email when your account has been successfully deleted, which can take up to 2 business days Triller will not be responsible for any loss of data associated with your account or password

How do I change my email address?
If you’ve already created your Triller account and would like to change the email address associated with it, please use this form: https://triller-inc.breezy.hr/password_reset Keep in mind that changing the email address for your account will not automatically update any friends or followers who have saved your original e-mail address in their accounts. That process is handled by each individual user. If you’re having trouble updating your contact info on another person’s device, try logging out and back into the app or website as them, then adding you back from scratch using their new e-mail address
How do I change my user name?

We understand that sometimes things happen and you may be forced to delete all of your videos and images from a Triller account. 1) Tap My Profile on the top left of the screen.
2) Select Settings in the top, left hand corner of your screen.
3) Scroll down to Support and select Close Account under “Help”. You will be prompted to confirm deletion of all user data from HER’s servers as well as make a decision as to whether or not you would like for us to anonymize any demographic data that was collected during use of this app.
“Triller” allows you to preview videos before uploading, and set privacy settings. It also has a timer, filters, captures different takes, zooming in and out of the video frame.
Triller is a social media app that allows you to watch videos with other people. To delete the videos, you need to first log out of your Triller account. If you are logged in, click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen and select “Log out”. Once logged out, you can then go to your profile and select “Delete Profile”.
To access your Triller account, you must first log into your Twitter account and go to the app store. Then, search for “Triller.” After clicking on the app, you will be asked to log in with your Twitter credentials.
