This may include but is not limited to: contract of sale, proof of rentals paid (i.e. Verified Income Report on our site showing payments received), copy of the Owner’s death certificate, a letter from an attorney authorizing you to make these requests on his/her client’s behalf, etc.

3) If you are not an Owner and wish to cancel or change your own reservation(s) on this site as a Guest, please provide verifiable proof that you have authorized this person to act for yourself when making your request by providing one or more of the following documents: photocopy of credit card used in original reservation(s), canceled check(s) written in favor of VRBO/HomeAway®, copy of passport with other name listed, VRBO/HomeAway® paperwork listing this person as the authorized owner, etc.
