There’s a catch to deleting your Hotmail account with no password. You have the option of resetting your password. To occur, however, you’ll need access to the contact email address that you used to set up your Hotmail account.
Open Outlook for Web on your computer. Select the check box in the top-right corner of your inbox. Delete by selecting it from the drop-down menu that appears when you hover over a mail item. … All messages may be permanently removed by right-clicking the Deleted Items folder and selecting Remove all.
Purge Deleted Items (Permanently deletes the selected items in the folder.) Take care because once this is done, the things will be unrecoverable.
If you have a live subscription, it will prevent you from permanently canceling your account. Hotmail, Windows Live, and Outlook.com accounts are not considered “Microsoft Accounts.” You can’t just terminate the Hotmail account without also canceling the entire Windows Live Account, aka Microsoft Account.
To further clarify, after 365 days of inactivity, accounts will be deleted. Since the account has been inactive for some period of time, there’s no way to recover the erased/deleted emails or folders.
To remove all of the records, including those on other servers: Open the Clear Recent History tiny window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Del, then choose Everything in Time to clear, and then select Details and enable (tick) Form & Search History.
