How do I delete thousands of emails in Gmail on iPad?

On your computer, open Gmail. The Gmail app won’t let you remove all emails. Check the box next to each message on the page in the upper left corner. You can select all conversations if there are more than 25 messages on the page. Select Delete is an option if you want to delete multiple items at once.

Go to your Inbox by selecting Open Mail and then opening up the inbox. Select Edit in the upper right corner, choose whether you want to delete each email one at a time or select all, then trash or archive them.
