- Go to the Yahoo Account security page.
- By “Yahoo Account Key,” click Manage.
- Click Disable Account Key at the bottom of the screen to switch back to a password.
- Optionally, click the toggle to the right of any device you want to turn on or off.

To delete the account key, navigate to Settings -> Security -> Account Key. Click on “Delete Account Key.
There are a few steps you can follow to recover your Yahoo account without verification code.
If you are using a Yahoo account on a computer, the icon is located in the top right corner of your browser. If you are using a Yahoo account on a mobile device, the icon is located in the upper left corner of your screen.
You can only change your phone number on Yahoo if you have a Yahoo account.
If you have a working email address, you can reset your password online by going to the Yahoo Account Recovery page. Enter your email address and click “Continue.” If you have a working phone number, you can also reset your Yahoo password by calling 1-855-687-9277.
Yahoo Mail does not require a mobile number to create an account.
Yahoo mail users can log in to their account by entering the email address and password they use to access Yahoo Mail. If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot your password?” from the login page. You will be prompted to enter your email address or phone number so that we can send you a link to reset your password.
To deactivate your Yahoo account, you need to log into the account and click on the “Account Info” tab. Clicking on “Deactivate” will deactivate your account.
If you have a Yahoo email account, you can activate it by following the instructions on the website. It is important to note that if you do not have access to your Yahoo email account or password, you will not be able to activate it.
To change the phone number on your Yahoo account, follow these steps:
Log in to your Yahoo account by entering your email address and password.
Click the “Account” tab at the top of the screen, then click “Manage Account.”
Select “Personal Information” from the list of options that appears on-screen.
Scroll down to find your current phone number and click “Edit.”
